This is Gretel Pearl Universe, the daughter of 8chan's /sugen/. Apparently, after Mr. Greg they came up with an AU/future scenario where Pearl gets it on with Greg and eventually turns into Steven's little sister – leaving Steven to experience first-hand what Pearl and others had to go through when Rose turned into him. Needless to say, a river of feels ensued.

While I still disapprove of Grearl, I found this idea really touching, to be honest. Besides, you have to admit, Gretel is adorable!
