To be fair, I doubt this woman was thinking of the constitution when she refused to do her job here. Nor did the federal court say that her job requirement was overstepping the government boundaries, the exact opposite, in fact.

it's not like the attorney general did either, she herself said that the muslim ban did not break any explicit constitutional lines, but she just wasn't 100% sure, which is why she went against trump, she wasn't protecting the constitution as much as her own suspicions about the constitution
