I know the image is just a joke (for the most part), but, when it comes to clothing and judging, I prefer to take this approach:

Unless the clothes make it TOO obvious, which I do not feel is this image's case just yet. Maybe with a lot more jewelry, a "Thug Lyfe" and/or "Fuck bitches" tatoo somewhere, a tryhard sun tan and pants used ridiculously low, then we could call "douchebag" 100% assured.

Then you can literally wear any clothes and still be a douche.
