Since 'Reforming' Discord has:
-The ability to troll any or all of his nemeses 24/7 if he feels like it
-Gotten to preside over a doomsday he set up and deliberately avoid helping resolve without defeating him ever being seriously considered by the heroes.
-Proven he could beat up basically any of the other villains who come by, but is mysteriously unhelpful or counterproductive except for when fighting the one who wanted to replace everybody with a kingdom of absolute order under her command.
-Trapped innocent civilians in a death game and got thanked for it.
-Faked an illness to ruin the ONE day off the land's authority has had for a while
-Unleashed an anti-magic abomination on the capital JUST BECAUSE HIS INVITE SAID "+1"
-Threatened a hippie with extradimensional banishment.
-Has complete control over a realm of chaos he occasionally stuffs mail carriers in.

Boy howdy that Discord sure has given up causing chaos and stopped doing what he wants. I don't know how he can bear to live under such harsh restrictions.

He still makes disharmony, he just can't take it too far.
