The characters are okay, it's the "O MY BACK TINGLES" sequence they repeat twice, to quickly advance the power levels of the female saiyans for the Universe tournament, when the previous mechanism established that saiyans had to control their anger to reach Super Saiyan status.

I find funny how people hates her for learning so fast, conveniently forgetting that trunks and goten also learned very fast.
