What is this ancient, decomposing meme?

For Gen 7 they nerfed water to 30hp, Sodapop to 50hp, and Lemonade to 70hp. But even with the nerf they're way cheaper and more efficient healing that the pokemart junk until you start needing hyper potions. Unless it's at one of hotels where the owner is a dick and either doesn't stock them all or is a greedy asshole and doubles the prices.
