No, I'm fairly certain the upvote downvote system is SUPPOSED to be for opinion. Can you imagine what a useless system it would be if it ONLY judged a scale of 'hmm, quite, proper and relevant'. Every entry that belongs in the gallery would have the exact same number of upvotes. Every top comment would be boring as shit.
