for authors comment: If you really believe gamergate was just about "five guys and fries" then you were never in gamergate to begin with.
I mean the whole digra thing and the fact that there was secret forum for journalists who colluded with each other to put controlled reviews thus destroying the idea of journalism AND many other things.
Seriously go read about GG from "gator" perspective and you will see how much you have missed.

It is true. Its kind of like those douchebags who complain about why a lot of movies super hero blockbusters and completely ignore all the other genres that were released. Or more relevant how the internet over reacts over blamd comedy reboot that didn’t come out (Thundercats Roar) and says that EVERY nostalgia properties is going down that route practically ignoring all the other ones that didn’t (Voltron Legendary Defenders, Stretch Armstrong & The Flex Fighter, the upcoming She-Ra reboot).
