Fans were skeptical of the TMNT 2012 show before it started airing. Now it became a massive hit which sadly didn't have enough episodes in my opinion.

Now TMNT 2018 is getting some serious backlash, but it doesn't compare to Thundercats. I'm actually gonna give TMNT 2018 a chance, despite the incredibly controversial changes they made, like Raphael being the leader and certain character designs looking ugly and some trailer lines were kinda cringey.

Even though I'm not a TMNT fan and I consider this incarnation's art style to be a bit off putting, I can at least admire it for creativity in terms of overall design (for example, from what I read, each turtle's appearance is based on a different species of turtle, which helps them be more unique amongst each other). As for Thundercats Roar? It's so bland and generic looking; it doesn't have a shred of creativity from what I can tell.
