If Democrats want to argue their case again, they're going to be hit with all the same arguments they just made about separating families.

Well, the executive chooses the method by which the laws are enforced, so Obama was totally within his executive powers to decide to grant special processes to families at the border, which was preferable to the situation of separating families at the border.
