Also: How long do hedgehogs live..?

I mean, to be fair (again) 28 years old is pretty old to a dog to live.
If you look at "List of oldest dogs" you can see that the 3 oldest dogs that lived in Earth (that are known anyway) are 30 years old, 28 years old and 27 years old. Jake already would be considered the 2nd most aged dog in the whole world.
(but well to be fair, none of those are super magical dogs so…)
