Low budget and harsh deadlines are the responsible of redefining what passable means, not the people involved… or at least the artists.

Either some frames were left out, or the person responsible for this scene never gave a f%$k. At the very least, the show appears to be not worth any kind of attachment or interest, so no big losses there.
