ehh even without the big tits she looks big(though not fat). Her torso and hips are wide and thick. Thighs are also thick. Her arms seem sorta big.

She sort of looks like she has a "strong woman"/olympic weightlifter body, except without the fat.

She's definitely draw bigger in comparison to other females. Compare her to aerith from the same artist:
