A Russian version of -EN, -RUS, was founded on June 28th, 2010, by user scp-ru. While the legal identity of scp-ru is not known, neither -EN nor-RU believe them to be Duksin Andrey Vladimirovich. Additionally, it is -EN's understanding that Duksin Andrey Vladimirovich has made no claim to being scp-ru. EN and -RU have a long history of cooperation, and -EN staff considers -RU equal rightsholders of SCP content, both legally and through bilateral agreement. -EN fully supports -RU's case Neither -EN nor its staff, acting in their official capacities, have ever engaged in any commercial venture involving the SCP Foundation, nor are the staff paid for their work. Under the terms of CC-BY-SA 3.0, -EN and -RU must legally allow commercial use of SCP creative content, so long as that commercial use itself complies with CC-BY-SA 3.0 One cannot copyright or trademark a work under CC-BY-SA 3.0 The master administrator of-EN wiki, and its de facto chief rights agent, is currently John Ryan Beattie, and such has been true for more than 5 years. Additionally, John Ryan Beattie was personally selected by his predecessor in the role. John Ryan Beattie, due to his role as master administrator of -EN, pays fees to Wikidot that grants him full theoretical control over all content located on -EN, which is located at http://scp-wiki.wikidot.com At all times herein relevant, the URL http://www.scp-wiki.net has merely redirected to http://scp-wiki.wikidot.com. The SCP Wiki logo4 is taken, with some small modifications, from Adobe Illustrator, a graphics design computer program, and -EN believes it to be a public domain work, and thus uncopyrightable and non-trademarkable. Pre-existing non-SCP uses of said logo will be provided to plaintiff's counsel.
