「Heaven is Here」’s ability is to take an item in its 「Right Hand」 and grant any items that can be classified as the same as it one property of an item it takes into its 「Left Hand.」Both of the original items are completely destroyed during this process, and are replaced with a large rectangular 「Slab」 made from a stone-like material inscribed with a three-word description of the result.
For instance, 「Heaven is Here」 could grab a Harley-Davidson motorcycle with its Right hand and a full coffee pot with its Left to produce a Slab inscribed with “HARLEY is BURN,” which would make any Harley-Davidson burning hot to the touch.
These changes are universal and permanent until the 「Slab」 is broken, in which case the transferred property is removed.
