Meanwhile a bundle was announced for Pokemon Conclusion Sword and Shield. This bundle is for the new Nintendo- hardware the Switch Lite. A dedicated handheld While all this is just speculation, this does not excuse gamefreak for cutting pokemon in future games Their plan going forward is to have a limited roster in all future games, meanwhile all they have showing for it is re-used assets from past games and a new mechanic, that going by Mega Evolutions and Z-Moves unit that has none of the features present in the original console, it's just a handheld device. would not be brought in Next Generation games. Pokemon as a gaming franchise needs time to develop, making the games a yearly release will only give fans a subpar game that won't have life past it's launch.
