Recurrent arguments I see against saying that fat girls are beautiful is that it's not a question of personal taste, but that beauty should to be healthy and needs to inspire self improvement. Alright, let's just make muscular women the new beauty standard, I'll roll with it!
No? we can't? awww

no i'm with plague of gripes here.
there is a median, you want to see the body as it works, enough but not too much. but too much muscle and too little is grotesque. take baki for example, hypothetically it's sound but all the muscles are pushed to their absolute limit and the beyond becoming a cluster fuck of strange muscles that honestly don't look appealing on the human form. The type if you took the strange look of body builders and pushed them beyond their already straining reason.
Same with that girl there, at best it's an exaggeration of the more fit women, where it's often more toned down in the flesh that or in many cases the grotesque muscle bulk that only steroids and training can create

Excluding the "beauty is subjective" argument, I think there's also just the usual answer of "all things in moderation."

A plump woman can be beautiful just as a muscular woman can. But taken to an extreme on either end where both just become unhealthy, then you can say it's lacking. Sure, a plump woman isn't technically as healthy as a fit woman, but it's not so far apart that it should matter. Then there's also added effect of personal hygiene, which can be separate from body type.

Overall, it's the main problem with modern society trying to dictate "standards" of beauty. Instead of trying to say "varied body types are beautiful in their own way, but we should strive for basic personal health" we get people screaming that it's okay to be 400 pounds and close to death, and if you happen to be a toned/muscular woman then you're actively body-shaming the fatties. (Or if it's fiction then you're objectifying women.)

Then again, I've always been a little baffled about the overall lack of toned/bulked women in mainstream entertainment. Even when, from my time on the internet, there's a sizable amount of people that find that attractive. You're just more likely to get a strong woman with a more standard body type or at the very least one that's somewhat taller than normal and that's it.
