#VideoGamesAreNotToBlame - Guess I’m gonna be a mass shooter cause I play video games

This is a joke. Correlation between playing videogames and going on a mass shooting spree has been deproven ages ago. At best this is some old folks trying to rationalize something they either don't understand or at worst politicians and news agencies alike trying to getting the attention of parents to support them.
This reminds me of the german "pc expert" Regine Pfeiffer that NEVER played a PC game in her life and was (and probaly is) still completely trusted by media and politicians alike.

But videogames CAN be bad. Have you ever heard of Sonic '06..?
