When people will finally give the middle finger to tier lists?

While in fighting games, characters really are better than others, and some are really bad, if people keep choosing their characters thanks to tier lists, the low tier characters will never get better, while the high tier characters will always stay on top.

Tier lists aren't definitive nor set in stone, but certain characters are used more than others for a reason.
