Yellow Missingno. Missingno. as it appears in pokemon yellow. it differs from its counterparts 'm and missingno from red blue and green. encountering it will not duplacate items but messup your hall of fame and when caught it messes up the overworld view and causes graphical glitches, possibly rendering the player invisible and making duplicates of the player and all other on-screern characters walk in random locations on the screen. when traded to blue and red it reverts to a normal missingno. It's stats are the same like a normal missingno. this Missingno. is colored red yellow and black, this is because it usesthe same color pallete as pikachu for some odd reason....like a normal missingno. its icon is messed up and you can't see it when viewed thus it's cries changes to like Missingno. from red and blue. Yellow missingno. can only be found doing the Mew Trick With a Special stat of 31, 32, 61, 62, 63, 67, 68, 69, or 86 the Yellow Missingno. will appear (but only in the Yellow version) Pokemon Yellow 1999

In case you haven't played it, Axiom Verge is a Metroid throwback which includes a weapon that corrupts enemies into video game glitches. Of course there's a reference to one of the most famous ones.
