Picardía / Thumbs Up Emoji Man - Counter-Picardía

It might be because this one is at least often more self-aware and sticks to time-tested stereotypes more often, while counter-signal memes pretend to be the ultimate "gotcha" card when it is just another MS Paint strawman. That is not to say that the lowest of Picardía memes are indeed just counter-signal memes in disguise, though.

I hated this meme long before I saw the counter-signal one.
