Anime / Manga - two good reasons

To be fair Samurai 8 was a flop almost since the beginning, the only reason it lasted so long it was because Kishimoto's name, the sales numbers where horrible and it somehow lasted 40+ chapters. And even with Jump pushing it hard since the beginning. As for the manga, it basically took all the worst aspects from Naruto and built a story around it. I will take a manga about hot lesbian witches over a manga about a not-ninja boy yelling me his dreams to become the best any day of the week.
