While it is immeasurably encouraging to find that, even in a time of such crisis there are still those willing to enter the field of fitness, I must remind my newfound friends that even in the face of quarantine, it is important to properly exercise ALL parts of the body. Remember to switch to a differing muscle group as to keep your body balanced and allow previously worked areas to heal and repair.
