Captain's Log, Stardate 4262.5, The Enterprise has picked up readings of a strange fantastical world, devoid of technological advancements. They live in moderately primitive lifestyles similar to that of medieval times back on Earth. There appear to be humans who live on the planet, yet speak in an entirely different language with what appears to be floating subtitles below them. I will be beamed down to the planet, along with Bones, and our new science personnel who is familiar with this strange land. She calls it an ee-se-kai, a rather peculiar name for a planet.
