Random tidbit: I kinda want a Shantae/Mischief Makers crossover.

Both Maria and Theo do share a decent amount of similarities to Shantae and Uncle Mimic. Not to mention both having a similar wacky, fourth-wall-breaking sense of humour.

And heck, if Wayforward wanted to continue to grow their ever-expanding list of waifus to the Shantae series, they could even adapt all of Maria's sister from the short prequel comic as well.
