1. "white people"…I'm not white, so don't assume I am on your side. I'm not. Hell, if anything I have seen the protesters now attacking EVERYONE who has condemned them: Jews, Hong Kongers, other blacks:

This is what happens when you let your hate define you. You become no better than the oppressor.

2. I LOVE how ignorant people keep spouting off "Riot is the language of the unheard" like that was all MLK ever talked about, when he also went on at length about its evils and futility. Yes, he understood that riots happened and he knew that what they were against was injustice. However, that does not make them a viable solution or tactic for change:

So, don't come here and spread your racial division. The protesters have done it enough and have soiled MLK's good name, trying to make him into a thug who would want them to smash up and Targets and McDonald's. I condemn the police brutality and injustice, but I also condemn the rioters and looters.

MLK's speeches and wording changed a lot after he met Mahatma Gandhi.
There's a reason for why some quotes are more known than others and that's because he tried to be non-violent.
If you ever wish to learn what is non-violence go see the work of Marshall Rosenberg which is partly based on the work of Gandhi and many more people.

TL;DR
Break the feedback loop of violence with yourself first (self-reflection/mirror).
Don't try to change people, listen to them.
Avoid evaluations and observe.
Don't Amtssprache.
