Pretty sure most RaC lewd art is Ratchet focused, I think people were just starved for a new female character to draw for the series.

Probably due to a the ladies having fairly minor roles in the series, and it having more of a focus on sci-fi aliens instead of furries.

Also just the added fact that she's fresh and new, as well as the game hype propelling her forward. Similar stuff happened to a lesser degree when the Crash and Spyro remakes were coming out.
