COVID-19 Pandemic - ...

This is literally a comedy at this point. This would fit in some kind of post apocalyptic comedy show.
This is something that would've been laugh at in the past. How tf did we get here ?

Some of this is american cultural issues because the school shooter stuff, but the other part is american corporations want those schools full so they can keep parents working in person without getting complaints that they can't watch their kids. And we've also got a lot of jobs that COULD be done from home, but aren't because higher ups have no trust in their workers and rather risk lives than risk whatever small productivity loss might occur from lack of supervision.

At least that's legit the only thing I can think of that even remotely justifies re-opening schools. Either that or trying to double down on downplaying the severity of the pandemic by trying to convince parents that it's not too dangerous for kids so it's not too dangerous for them to work. You know, despite the literally full hospitals.
