Must have simplistic design.
Does not need to wear clothes, other than gloves and shoes, this applies to female characters too.
Can only have one special ability. (example: Tails can fly, Knuckles glide, ect)
Have an interesting name. (No Tim the hedgehog or Jenny the fox, ect)
