This is what the ACAB thing is about, the issue is systemic. If you're not a bastard in an area that requires you to be one, you're going to no longer be a cop. And it doesn't fucking help that a lot of people jump on grenades to defend police behavior no matter how wrong it can be. Trying to attack victims, them being 'no angel' whatever the fuck you want to pull out. The police shouldn't be abolished by any means, but we really need to just wipe the slate clean somehow.

I think the title is saying "she wanted to be a wholesome cop but a corrupt system pushed her into despair." It's pretty damn sad when cops who want to do the right thing and stop corruption end up being the ones who get punished instead.
