Even small budget OVA from the time period would have a decent staff and a modest release. Thus we'd find traces of it. Even an obscure vhs only OVA would have some traces of its existence. We've exhausted any angle and can reasonably infer it's not real. the discord and reddit will chase their tail for a few weeks and then move on, or this will turn into something totally autistic.
