I'm in 'Nam mood today, sorry if that bothers you.

Artist's description:

This is a painting about PTSD, inspired by Eyedea's song "Murder of Memories" in which a man spends 2 years in Vietnam but he ends up staying his whole life there because of his horrific flashbacks into the warzone. I hope one day our government will care enough about our vets to give them the help they so desperately need and that we can stop throwing our citizens into the wars of business tycoons all together.

"Some times gunfire's brighter than the sunshine,
Some times a childs scream influences every dream,
We keep fooling our selves into thinking we moved on,
But No Way, No How, Do we ever forget what we've seen.
No Way, No How, Do we ever forget what we've seen.
No Way, No How, Do we ever forget what we've seen.
No Way, No How, Do we ever forget what we've seen."
