The episode is called Christmas Blast from the cartoon, Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, if you're wondering. Predates the infamous Tails On A Bench by 20 years. At least in this context, he's bummed that the kids aren't getting Christmas presents due to Santa Robotnik taking all of them for himself.
