Well, to be fair, Pakistan does have a pretty serious problem with gender inequality.

What with girls being murdered for simply going to school and tribal councils ordering revenge rapes.

It can be a very nasty place at times, especially if you are a women.

True, but putting large amounts of money from your country's people towards another country, while much of your people very much require the money, in a stimulus package which is supposed to be about helping your country's people in a time of crisis, is kind of insulting, as it is literally putting a cultural issue which will take large amounts of time to try to fix or correct in another country, over the needs of your own country in an emergency situation, in the stimulus that is supposed to before helping your country with the emergency.
Mind you this sort of criticism isn't remotely restricted to Gender Education in Pakistan, but all the BS pointed out in this meme, and the stuff not covered that really has no place in a stimulus package cause of Covid.
