How do Judgement's chains work anyway?

Do they wrap tighter depending on how sinful you've been?

Do they act like the opposite of the version of Wonder Woman's non-kinky (citation needed) Lasso of Truth?

Do they vibrate at the same frequency as the Brown Note does?
