I especially like sitting on the balcony overlooking the common area swimming pool. The Niido is unique and tastefully decorated, unique ideas although it is pricey. We did sit up on the top balcony and my daughter found a few slate tiles that literally rocked back and forth, hopefully they were fixed. Beautiful view though! (See picture) The elevators are so slow too! Lastly, I noticed that the cleaning ladies were parking in the garage taking up limited parking space as it is (see pictures) O Helpful (1) I Not Helpful II

Dear Anonymous Passerby, Don't worry, you're safe now! Your act of casual cruelty was successful. The complaint you lodged with the HOA was heard. They had me take down the small treefort that I built on this location with my sons during the pandemic. No longer will its presence offend your walk) past my house. Please enjoy your stroll free from the sound of my children's play and laughter. They are safely back inside now, watching television I'm sure. Enjoy the unobstructed view of my backyard.
