EmpLemon's thesis is not Nintendo sucks and is anti consumer, his thesis is that Nintendo is just a company like any other and its fans shouldn't just turn a blind eye on everything they do. And then he list some of the anti consumer practices that Nintendo has, and their irrational hatred towards Competitive play and the modding scene. Also 3 last points are literally lies.
