Just look at Vivian's expression, yoi can tell she doesn't want to be here anymore.
I would say that Kukuruyo is as much of a griefter as those who still bring up GG today but tbf, Vivian and Lilith have been stablished characters in his comics since all the way back in the day.
And killing them off for good wouldn't be possible without some regrets or something.
