isn't this just a legal workaround for "no Irish need apply" levels of job discrimination? and how did they discover who was a liberal and who wasn't on their experience? that's normally kept secret among peers, we can use this selfsame line of thought and decide to call it based on emotion because there's no shown proof that the experience was judged objectively let alone if it happened

this may well have been written by just the place's boss calling himself "we" to sound more valid and we have all the right to be skeptical about since demanding proof is the logical thing to do here, this works both ways

I bet if you were to complain about this posting they'd say you were just proving their point by getting "overly emotional"
