It's a Grach-443, it's just built like that for some reason.

Apparently the half-shrouded hammer helps prevent it from snagging on webbing, it's DA though it makes the hammer harder to manually cock. I guess they couldn't decide between hammer or hammerless and settled for this weird compromise.
