Notes:

Introducing SHOUT (Specialist Hub of Operations and Underwater Tactics), the eternal rivals of WHISPER and underwater peacekeeping organization/canon good guys in this scuba spy RP setting. Their main difference is their orange wetsuit with the word "SHOUT" printed in the tail.

Nero (OC of DensetsuNero) as a SHOUT agent firing a dart at presumably a WHISPER agent in an effort to stop their "evil" plans. It's actually harmless, and any diver that gets hit with the dart must leave the playing field for 30 minutes.
