Remember.
Nintendo at one point was going to make a Zelda animated series and some Star Fox stop motion skits, only for them to cancel both of these thing simply because Netflix leaked information about they were making these.

Miyamoto is 100% the type of man that would cancel a whole movie if someone didn't do it as he wants it to be.
