I kinda hope this is meant as a joke on the part of the image creator because gym leaders have had so many different jobs throughout the years it only makes sense to feature jobs that wouldn't have been a thing in the 90s. Plus there have been "dainty" gym leaders since at least generation 2 (Whitney and Jasmine), and in Sword and Shield you've got Bae being a martial artist and the farmer Milo is pretty swole.
