We were both young but somehow we just knew we were meant to be. We worked on my family's farm together and with each warm summer spent in the fields our love grew deeper and deeper. Fast forward to high school. We went strong all 4 years. He put a ring on my finger when I was 18, worth nearly 5k. We'd put everything on the line for each other--everything. We both chose to attend the same community college. and work full time in order to build our dream. We spent most of our days by each other's sides. I will always be thankful for that. Fast forward a few years, I was 20. I realized I was pregnant with my first. We were elated, tearful, and thankful to God for this gift. Admittedly I waited pretty close to the Oct 11th deadline to mail in my registration, however I know for sure I dropped the letter into my apartment's drop-off box on Oct 9th and after calling the Davidson county voter registration line they told me that my envelope was postmarked on Oct 12th, 3 days after I dropped it off, making me ineligible to vote in the upcoming election. 4 months ago on Today 6/10 I went to pick up my medicine when I was told the pharmacy was closed till 2 for lunch. That is NOT acceptable. They can alternate, there was quite a few working behind the gate. That is not good business for any day when anyone plans there day as I did with our economy being so bad. Shame on them. Then I went back at 2 and there was about 10 people waiting on line. Shame on them again, 2:05pm they still did not have the gate open. 12
