This lead me to channels discussing the topic of Anita Snarkesian. They would talk about her like she is the most toxic s--- on the internet. Now I don't watch these channels so I wasn't aware of the ongoing discussion. I just popped in for a video on a specific topic. She is the very first thing that comes to mind when I see this meme. However at the time I didn't really know what was going on with her. I had actually seen a couple of her videos it was kinda what ever. However video after video was talking about her like she was just such a toxic s--- person. Now because of past relationships I know about the danger of only getting one side of a story and making up your opinion based upon that. Basically Gypsy, some times she would tell people about our relationship and what she would tell them was so insanely divorced from the truth. Which meant that I now had to research gamer gate. So I went back and forth on this issue. I would listen to the arguments made by one side. Then go and see what the other sides counter arguments where. Then I would go and see what the counter arguments to that counter argument where. Back and forth, back and forth. I flipped sides on this issue many times and I just kept digging deeper. Until one sides arguments fell apart under the weight of their own lies.
