This image is based on the ongoing Nijisanji EN controversy. The one that involves Selen Tatsuki's termination before going back to Dokibird and the entire drama surrounding it (if you can even call it a drama, since it's worse than that). The betrayal part on Elira's lore that's told on that Nijisanji Lore Wiki Fandom page states this:

"Furthermore, she was willing to betray her own half-sister Selen (so true) in order to ensure that a more peaceful way to restore the dragon race could be found."

When the image mentioned that it ended up happening in real life, It's talking about the "A Message From NIJISANJI EN" video that she posted, which almost like the video is about Selen being accused as the cause of the controversy instead of the company's actions, even though she didn't do anything wrong in the company.
