Tldr context: This is Surge the Tenrec, a new character created from a test tube by an Eggman simp in the IDW comics for the sole purpose of pretty much beating Sonic. Her creator mind screwed her to the point where she becomes resentful of her entire existence and takes it out on anyone and everything she deems responsible. A couple of defeats to Sonic, death of her creator, and a mental breakdown later she's trying her best to keep going with her fellow test tube sibling not pictured here.
