No camera Two months went by... No camera Three months in, and now I can't take it. In a lapse of judgment, I snap... "How come you never turn on your camera?" Their response. "Oh... I didn't know I had to." They were correct. I never set clear expectations. I just *assumed* they'd figured it out on their own.... because everyone else did. Lesson: Make the implicit, explicit. If you expect your team to do something, *tell them your expectations*
