It was all about how to improve their customer experience, how to boost customer reviews, and change them from negative to positive. It was a proper review from a customer experience point of view. I did not get the job, but after one month, I saw that they made all the changes on their social channels and website. They implemented 99% of my suggestions. That was sad as I spent a lot of time, but I felt proud seeing how much their customer experience improved. The improvements were right. But yes, it was free work.
