She was great at holding the hands of scientists participating in the AMA process. And she responded quickly, professionally and warmly to their questions and concerns, Frankly the email load was way too much for us-without her we couldn't the and quality of AMAs we do now. She was also able to provide analytics specific to a single AMA for the PR people at universities and corporations associated with the scientists. We often directed them straight to her and she worked to figure out what they needed.
